connecting to my account
having a problem doing just that.
tried to log in this morning useing the correct password that i used yesterday anf it says it doesnt recognize my login details. the password is correct as i have it taped on the shelf above my pc! any suggestions? cheers |

I had this too, but then i seen that the char name it had in there was from the PvP toon i deleted yesturday, so technically it was correct, i just changed it to a name of 1 of my other char's and i got in ok.

all sorted.been hacked by little thieves who it seems wished to steal my bottle of black dye! how pathetic. support were exellent and helped within 2 days.
this made me wonder,when you have a new password can you ever make your own or is it restricted to the one gw sends you? cheers |

You can always change the password through the options in the login screen or through the NCSoft webpage. The downside is... so can the hackers if they find out your login details.
